What I offer

Professional support for real estate businesses and accredited Skills Development Providers where regulatory requirements, professional standards, workplace processes and documentation need to be translated into clear, workable practice.

01

FICA Compliance Support

Structured compliance support for estate agencies that need to review, strengthen or implement their FICA framework.

The process starts with how the agency operates in practice and compares this with the documented requirements, responsibilities and supporting evidence that should be in place.

  • FICA compliance readiness reviews and structured gap analysis
  • RMCP review, updating and development
  • Review of client identification and verification processes
  • Risk-rating and client-risk processes
  • Sanctions, TFS, PEP and PIP screening processes
  • Reporting and record-keeping processes
  • Compliance documentation and supporting evidence
  • File-control and record-management systems
  • Corrective-action planning and implementation support
  • Practical checklists, workflows and responsibility allocation
The agency remains responsible for its own compliance. My role is to help translate the requirements into a clear, documented and workable system that can be implemented and maintained consistently.
02

Assessment & Moderation

Professional assessment and moderation services for accredited Skills Development Providers in the real estate sector.

My approach is evidence-based and quality-focused, with attention to fairness, consistency, validity and alignment with the applicable assessment requirements.

  • Assessment of learner portfolios and workplace evidence
  • Moderation of assessment decisions and evidence
  • Review of evidence against assessment requirements
  • Clear, structured feedback and remedial guidance
  • Quality assurance and consistency of assessment practice
I am a Services SETA Constituent Assessor and Moderator with experience in NQF Level 4 and NQF Level 5 Real Estate qualifications.

Candidate Mentorship Programme Support

The six-month practical training period places an important responsibility on principals and appointed mentors to provide candidate property practitioners with appropriate workplace exposure, guidance and supervision.

Without a clear structure, it can be difficult to manage the candidate’s activities, development, progress and supporting evidence consistently over the six months.

My role is not to act as the candidate’s mentor.

I work with principals to establish a structured mentorship programme that provides the appointed mentor and candidate with a clear framework to follow throughout the practical training period.

Support may include:

  • A structured six-month mentorship programme
  • Candidate induction and development planning
  • Practical workplace activities and guidance
  • Clear roles and responsibilities for mentors and candidates
  • Progress monitoring and review tools
  • Evidence-tracking checklists and templates
  • Guidance for mentors and principals
  • Support with identifying gaps in workplace exposure
  • Preparation for completion and required sign-off
The principal or appointed mentor remains responsible for supervising and mentoring the candidate. My role is to provide the structure, practical tools and implementation support that make the mentorship process easier to manage consistently throughout the six-month period.

Professional Documentation

Professional documentation support for businesses that need complex information, requirements or processes converted into clear, structured and usable documents.

  • Business and compliance documents
  • Policies and procedures
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Process and workflow documents
  • Reports and proposals
  • Checklists, templates and forms
  • Working tools and supporting documents
  • Professional document structure and formatting
  • Presentation and layout improvement
The objective is not simply better formatting. It is documentation that is logical, consistent, easy to use and fit for its intended purpose.

Fees and project scope

Every assignment is different. The scope of the work is first established so that I can understand what is already in place, what needs attention and the level of support required.

A fee or quotation is then agreed before the work proceeds. Depending on the nature of the assignment, work may be quoted as a project fee or on an agreed hourly basis.

Discuss your requirements

You do not need to know exactly which service you require before contacting me. An initial discussion can help clarify the scope and the most practical next step.
