About Anne-Mari
Experience across regulated working environments, real estate practice, education, assessment and compliance has shaped a practical, systematic approach to helping clients bring clarity and structure to complex requirements.
My professional approach was shaped by many years working in a medical physics environment, where accuracy, quality assurance, documented procedures and accountability were fundamental. That experience established the disciplined and systematic way in which I still approach my work today.
I later moved into residential real estate and expanded my work into facilitation, assessment, moderation, learner support and compliance-related services.
In 2019, iSiKolo School of Learning became one of my first clients in real estate education, and I continue to value this longstanding professional relationship. My facilitation of real estate qualifications remains exclusive to iSiKolo, while I also provide assessment and moderation services independently to other accredited Skills Development Providers.
I am a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) and a Services SETA Constituent Assessor and Moderator. My experience includes real estate practice, real estate qualifications, learner and workplace evidence, professional development and practical compliance support.
Over time, this experience has broadened into supporting estate agencies with areas such as FICA compliance, candidate mentorship and workplace development, and professional documentation. These areas share the same underlying need for clear requirements, reliable evidence and practical systems that can be implemented consistently.
When I work with a client, I start with the current position. I establish what is already in place, identify gaps or areas of uncertainty, clarify the requirement and help translate it into clear documents, responsibilities and workable processes.
My style is patient and collaborative, but the objective is precise: to leave the client with greater clarity, stronger structure and processes that can be implemented and maintained with confidence.
How I work
Each engagement starts with understanding what already exists and identifying what genuinely needs attention. The aim is to create practical structure without unnecessary complexity.
Establish the position
Review what is already in place and understand how the business or process currently works.
Identify the gap
Clarify areas of uncertainty, missing information, responsibilities or supporting evidence.
Build the structure
Develop clear documents, tools, responsibilities and processes that are practical to use.
Support implementation
Work through the process until the structure is understood and can be managed confidently in practice.
Let’s talk about what you need.
